Directions for DREAMBODY STUDIO Slimming Tea:

• ADULTS brew one tea bag in 1/2 cup of boiling water
• Cover cup and let steep for 30 minutes to 2 hours until water is dark. Rewarm if needed.
• TIP: The darker the water and the longer you steep, the stronger the tea will be.
• Use every day or every other day
• Drink after or immediately before eating a meal ( We recommend initially drinking the tea after dinner, at home and near a restroom).
• Add a small amount honey or lemon for added natural taste, if desired
• Drink it when you feel comfortable with the temperature
• Tea bags are not reusable
• Do not exceed recommended dose

Do not use while breast feeding or pregnant
